The role of the receptionist in the main will be (1) to deal with all incoming mail and parcels; (2) to meet and greet all guests; (3) take bookings for the boardroom; (4) ensure that the boardroom is stocked with beverages prior to booked meetings; (5) Ensure that kitchen amenities and beverages are full stocked; (6) deal with any tenant queries; and (7) ensure that the common parts of the building are kept clean and tidy.

2. Cleaning
All offices and communal areas will be cleaned once a day between Monday Friday.

3. Business Rates
All business rates are inclusive of the rent.

4. Telephone
Telephony systems and handsets will be included. All calls will be charged (charging rate tbc).

5. Utilities
Heating/Cooling/Lighting/Electricity will be included in the rent.

6. Kitchen Amenities
Kitchen amenities including tea, coffees, milk etc will be included within the rent.

7. Furniture
All furniture and desks will be supplied by the Landlord at no extra cost.

8. Access to the boardroom
Can be booked at a cost of £15+VAT per half an hour slot.
